Uses of Noise Cancelling Earplugs

Clean Hands & Earplugs: Wash hands with soap and water before putting on earplugs (to prevent ear infection due to bacteria). If earplugs have previously been used, rinse with warm water. Dry hands and ears using a clean hand towel.

Select Correct Size: Use the bigger size first (most adults use large). If it is not comfortable or does not seal well, use the medium size. Appropriate seal: snug, no pain, no pressure.

Pull Ear Upward & Outward: Reach opposite hand over head, and gently pull top of ear upward and slightly out (toward the back of the head). This straightens the ear canal, making it easier to insert.
