Shipping and Delivery
- Overview
PTMYLE operates as a sourcing and fulfillment intermediary platform. We do not manufacture, stock, or physically store any products listed on our website. When you place an order, PTMYLE sources the product from third-party suppliers and arranges shipment directly to you.
Because of this business model, shipping times, availability, and delivery conditions may vary depending on the supplier, product origin, and destination country. - Order Processing Time
– Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, PTMYLE begins processing your request.
- Standard processing time: approximately one to two days under normal operating conditions.
- During peak operational periods, promotional campaigns, or supplier-related delays: processing duration may extend to approximately two to three business days, depending on order volume and fulfillment capacity.
Processing includes:
- Verifying order details
- Confirming product availability with suppliers
- Preparing and forwarding the order for shipment
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods depend on the supplier and destination country. We work with various international logistics providers, which may include; Standard international shipping, Economy shipping, Express shipping (when available)
PTMYLE does not directly control the carrier selection, as this is determined by the supplier or logistics partner.Shipping Costs
– Shipping costs are applied in a clear and transparent manner based on the order value.
– For all orders with a total value below two hundred and forty-nine SAR, a fixed shipping fee of nineteen SAR will be applied at checkout.
– For all orders with a total value of two hundred and forty-nine SAR or more, shipping will be provided free of charge.– Shipping charges (where applicable) are automatically calculated and displayed before order confirmation, ensuring full transparency with no hidden fees.
– In certain cases, shipping availability or cost structures may vary depending on the supplier, destination, or specific product requirements; however, any applicable charges will always be clearly shown prior to completing the purchase.
If free shipping promotions or special campaigns are introduced, these will be clearly communicated on the relevant product or checkout pages.
Delivery time includes both order processing and shipping transit time.
– Under normal operating conditions, customers can generally expect to receive their orders within approximately seven to fourteen business days from the date the order is placed.
– During peak operational periods, promotional campaigns, high order volumes, supplier-related delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond PTMYLE’s control, delivery times may extend by an additional five to ten business days.
– All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:
A- Supplier processing and fulfillment schedules
B- Customs clearance procedures
C- Carrier and logistics partner performance
D- Weather conditions and natural events
C- Public holidays and peak shopping seasons
E- Destination country and local delivery infrastructure
PTMYLE will make reasonable efforts to facilitate timely delivery; however, delays may occasionally occur and are not considered grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation unless otherwise required by applicable law or specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.- Order Tracking

- Damaged, or Lost Packages
We aim to ensure all orders arrive safely; however, issues may occasionally occur during transit.
Damaged Items, If your order arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
• We will review and provide a solution (replacement or refund policy). Delivery Delays

– Upon receiving your inquiry, we will investigate the matter and review the circumstances of the delay. PTMYLE may provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our policies, which may include a refund for the delivary fees, or another reasonable remedy at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout, including:

• Correct address
• Valid contact details
PTMYLE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. - Force Majeure
