PTMYLE Est. is a Saudi establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 7054298596 (“PTMYLE”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By using the Website or completing an order, you acknowledge that you understand that PTMYLE does not own or stock the products displayed on the Website. Instead, the products are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly to the delivery address you provide.
The price displayed on the Website includes the cost of purchasing the product, administrative and operational fees, any costs associated with payment processing, marketing, and order fulfillment, as well as PTMYLE’s profit margin
By completing your order, you also appoint PTMYLE to purchase the product on your behalf from the third-party supplier based on the product information and price displayed on the Website, while retaining all of your rights under the applicable policies, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns & Exchanges Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. About PTMYLE and Our Business Model

PTMYLE operates an e-commerce platform that helps customers discover and purchase practical products offered through third-party suppliers.PTMYLE does not manufacture or stock the products displayed on the Website. Products offered through PTMYLE are sourced from third-party suppliers and are shipped directly from the supplier to the delivery address provided by the customer.When an order is placed, PTMYLE coordinates the purchasing and fulfillment process and provides customer support relating to the order. If a product received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the description provided on PTMYLE, we will review the case and assist the customer in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable laws.

2. Product Information

We aim to present product information as clearly and accurately as reasonably possible.

Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, colors, images, availability, and other details may be based on information provided by manufacturers, suppliers, product documentation, images, or demonstrations.

This keeps the useful pricing language already contained in your existing Terms while removing repetition.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Estimated delivery times may be displayed on the Website or communicated during the order process. Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside PTMYLE’s reasonable control.

PTMYLE will not be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable Saudi laws.

Customers may request a return within the applicable return period stated in that policy, subject to the eligibility conditions and exclusions described there.

Where a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, customers should contact the PTMYLE Customer Support Team as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order details and supporting photos or videos where relevant.

This wording is intentionally more balanced than the current blanket disclaimers. Your current version says, among other things, that use of the Website and products is entirely at the customer’s own risk and attempts to disclaim broad categories of warranties and liability. For a Saudi consumer-facing store, I prefer not to phrase this more broadly than necessary, especially because mandatory consumer rights cannot simply be removed through website Terms.

16. Force Majeure

PTMYLE will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations where caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include natural disasters, government action, war, civil disturbance, epidemics, severe weather, major transportation disruptions, telecommunications failures, widespread Internet outages, or comparable events beyond our reasonable control.
