High Quality Lumbar Support Pillow

Spending 6–10 hours a day at the office at a desk or on long commutes positions a space between the backrest of the chair and your lower back. The shape of your spine is curved (S-shaped) naturally, most chairs have straight or slightly curved backs.

Uses of Lumbar Support Pillow

Position on Chair Back: Place the thicker part (12 cm middle section) of the lumbar support pillow at your natural curve of your spine which is normally at 15–20 cm from the floor and above the seat of the chair for an average height adult.
